About

Kelly Hollman is a storyteller who weaves captivating tales of historical fiction and romance with the timeless themes of faith, hope, love and forgiveness. With a deep passion for the rich tapestry of the American West, Kelly brings to life the rugged landscapes and complex characters of a bygone era. Each novel is a journey into the past, filled with meticulous detail, gripping narratives, and heartfelt emotions that resonate with readers.

Born and raised in a small town in Central California, Kelly developed a love for reading and dreamed of being a writer at an early age. Her love for historical novels began with the Laura Ingalls Wilder series and Anne of Green Gables. Stories with rich settings and spunky characters are still her favorites. Kelly poured her love of reading and writing into her own children and many others by teaching writing, literary analysis and mentoring a young writers group.

Kelly enjoys researching historical events, visiting historical sites, and immersing herself in the culture of the time periods portrayed in her novels. Her dedication to accuracy and attention to detail transport readers back in time, making them feel as though they are walking alongside the characters through every trial and triumph.

Currently residing in California’s Central Valley, Kelly Hollman continues to write stories that captivate, inspire, and transport readers to different times and places. When not crafting new tales, Kelly is a small group leader and active member of her Church. She also loves traveling, spending time with her family, reading, knitting, playing the piano and cuddling with her Shih-Tzu, Ceba.
